PRIVATE OFFICE
From €1,450 a month
Five offices, each for two to four people. Lockable, furnished, your own key, your studio's name at the entrance and everything else the building has, a few steps outside your door.
Three months minimum. Ask for the floor plan and we will walk you round the space as it is being built.
FIXED DESK
FROM €550 a month
Your own desk, your own drawers, your screen left where you put it.For people who are here most days. Everything in Flexi, plus a desk nobody else sits at, lockable storage underneath it and eight hours of meeting room a month.

€380 a month
Come and go. Any free desk, any day we are open. For designers and studios who are on site as much as they are at a desk. Includes the materials library, amazing trade pricing , and four hours of meeting room a month.
